Hello March!

March and April are the most volatile weather wise here in Denver- it can go from temperatures in the 60s to below freezing day to day- or massive blizzards to sunshine from one moment to the next. The cold and the snow never last very long though- cause the sun does pop out a lot here and melts everything pretty quickly. Regardless I like to embrace green and the idea of blooms when March hits.

On more serious side 💔 What’s the word I mentioned last month? Tumultuous. I hope everyone is doing a little self care and pausing every once in awhile to take a break from the news (but not too long… disengaging entirely is just as damaging & overwhelming I think).

I’ve been looking into ways to help support those in Ukraine- I think I’ve landed on Save the Children. They have a good score on Charity Navigator- and I appreciate their focus on not just physical needs but the emotional and mental needs as well. ♥️ If you know of other ways to help support those in Ukraine please let me know!
