When The Handsome Hubby is Away.
My handsome hubby has been at a convention this week... which I hate honestly. I don't like being without and I particularly dislikes the evenings when I'm alone in our place. I try to take advantage of it though...While my hubby and I generally have fairly similar tastes overall with what we like to watch... there is one small difference. I love love love to rewatch the movies and shows I love... which my hubby doesn't enjoy that too much. He often says to me "We just watched that movie just two months ago..."So while he is away I pull out my favorite movies and shows... you can rest assured that my entire week has been full of Audrey Hepburn (so much Audrey Hepburn), TLC, and all my favorites. I thought I would share with you my favorites right now for my quiet nights at home.
Warm Bodies | I can't lie. I love this movie. It is cute and fun and has zombies in it. :)BONES | I have been watching this show for years- so you can imagine I'm a bit invested in the characters. Plus, I have always enjoyed crime shows.Funny Face | So... there is nothing better than Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire. These two together is my absolute favorite couple from all my Audrey Hepburn movies.JUNO | What other shenanigans could you possibly hope for? I'm sorry... This is a fantastic movie about life, teen pregnancy (GASP!), and the one of my favorite characters and cast on screen.What Not to Wear | I love clothes... and I love watching people learn how put their outfits together and gain confidence.To Kill a Mockingbird | I love Gregory Peck... and To Kill a Mockingbird is my favorite book ever. That's all I have to say about that honestly.Tangled | I love Disney movies... and this is currently my particular favorite.Say Yes to the Dress | One of the few wedding shows I can handle- and I can only handle a few episodes of it at a time. I love looking at wedding dresses.My Fair Lady | While Funny Face has my favorite Audrey Hepburn couple... this is my absolute favorite Audrey Hepburn movie. I could watch it over and over again. The Help | I love this book and I love this movie.Boy Meets World | When I was younger this was my absolute favorite show ever... so I always love rewatching it now as I'm older. I own every single season it was a Christmas gift from my hubby last... and he did relent to watching every episode with me (he didn't complain really though). ;)Breakfast at Tiffany's | It is a classic and completely impossible for me to turn down... :)
