I love shops with a conscience- and I love stumbling across beautiful goods- and it is particularly awesome to discover both in one place. Socially responsible and socially positive shop with beautiful goods.This shop is called FashionABLE. Their motto? Creating sustainable business for women in Africa. They help women in Africa create goods allowing them to create a steady income building a more sustainable society. They are partnered with "Women at Risk" who offer rehabilitation services to women who are current caught in prostitution as they're only source of income. READ MORE!They currently have two types of products - lovely scarves and (new) beautiful leather goods. They recently partnered with Modern Zege, a leather company that is employing 40 women out of 70 employees, believing in the empowerment of women.
